All plans are billed monthly. Subscription charges must be paid in advance. Once the service is activated, the amount is non-refundable.
All users must pay ₹1,111/- monthly maintenance fees for server, software, and monitoring support.
After activation, cancellation is not permitted until the end of the billing cycle. Clients may choose not to renew for the next month.
Users must ensure correct API credentials and broker access. Users are responsible for maintaining internet, trading account balance, and margin.
Algorithmic trading involves market risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Xpertz AI Research does not provide guaranteed profits.
All trading operations depend on broker APIs. Any API downtime, order rejection, or broker-related issue is not under our control.
All algo models, scripts, dashboards, and strategies are the property of Xpertz AI Research. Copying, reselling, or sharing the code is strictly prohibited.
Support hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon–Sat). Ultra HNI and HEAL HNI clients may receive extended support as per their plan.
Xpertz AI Research reserves the right to terminate service for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or misuse of software or strategies.
